COVID19 Updates

The recent increase in COVID-19 cases in our area has made it necessary to strictly limit access to our lobby for everyone’s safety.

We are once again asking that when you bring your pet for an appointment, please remain in your car and do not enter the lobby. When you arrive, call us at (903) 617-6891 and we will send a staff member out to get your pet curbside.

For any client that must enter our hospital, we ask that:

• You wear a mask at all times
• Limit your visit to one person, per pet, in the hospital at any time
• You answer a few short medical screening questions about your current health and possible exposure to coronavirus
