We are happy to report that our hospital is once again open to clients who wish to come into the building with their pets.
However, we want to prevent crowding in our lobby—so when you arrive, please call our front desk at (903) 617-6891. At that time, you can let us know you wish to come into the hospital with your pet, and we will escort you directly to a clean and sanitized exam room.
If you choose this option, we are asking that only ONE family member accompany the pet. Masks are strongly encouraged, but not required.
If you prefer, we are also happy to have a staff member come get your pet and take them inside for exam and/or treatment while you remain with your vehicle in the parking lot. In this case, we will handle all communication and payment by phone.
